This Privacy Policy defines the rules for collecting, processing and using personal data obtained from you by the K-SYSTEM.pro online store, operated under the domain http://www.k-system.pro/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

  • permanent residence address;
  • correspondence address, if different from the permanent residence address;

If you have given your consent (newsletter subscription), the e-mail address provided by you will be used for marketing purposes related to K-SYSTEM.pro’s own products. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Legal basis for processing personal data

  • the necessity to perform a contract, i.e. to process and fulfill orders placed via the Website;
  • the fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on the Administrator, in particular accounting and tax obligations.

Data retention period

Personal data are stored only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected:

  • account data – stored until the user deletes their account;
  • order-related and accounting data – stored for the period required by applicable tax and accounting regulations;
  • marketing data – stored until the user withdraws their consent.

After the retention period expires, the data are permanently deleted or anonymized.
